Nephrology/Hypertension/Renal Transplant Clinic

Diagnostic evaluations and care are provided to children from infancy to age 21 who have all aspects of renal disease. Consultation involving hematuria, proteinuria, urinary tract infection, chronic renal failure, hyptertension and transplantation is available at all times. Dialysis and transplantation, if needed, is also provided. A team of nurses, nutritionists and social workers augments the pediatric nephrologists.


Note: This clinic is available to your child by physician referral. Talk with your child’s physician and tell him/her you would like to be referred to ACH. Have the doctor contact the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Physician Referral Services Department to make a referral. If your child does not have a regular physician, please call 501-364-5901 and we will be happy to recommend one in your area.
